Owner pays for all utilities including; electric, gas, water, sewer, trash, and shared wifi. Renter will be responsible to pay for a background check. Renter will also be responsible for tv services and private wifi if wanted. No smoking (of any kind) allowed in the building. If renter is occupying space for six months or longer there will be property inspections every six months.
