I have to move out of state and am looking for someone to take my lease over for the spring semester. An added bonus is that the landlords have not signed this apartment for the June 2019 - May 2020 year, so it could be a perfect setup for someone with 3 semesters left to graduate, or a professional who enjoys a quiet building. Downside, no pets unless in an aquarium. There are professors and professionals that live throughout the building. The location is across from Somsen Hall at Winona State University, it's even close enough to use the wi-fi on most days! Longest walk to class I had was 4 minutes to Gildemeister. The neighbors are great, never had an issue with noise. The landlords have owned the place for a while and are top-notch across the board! They pay for water, gas(free heat), garbage, recycling, and snow removal leaving you responsible for electricity only. This apartment is separate from the rest of the property so you will have a private full bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, all-season porch, and entry way/key, an added bonus are the 13 ft ceilings. The bedroom in the apartment is large, I just have my stuff ready for moving out all in one room. You have the option to keep some of the furniture (its all solid wood, no particle board stuff), or I will bring it with me no problem. I plan to take my bed and maybe a chest or cabinet (see photos, there is plenty if you need furniture). I am willing to cover $75 of the rent during the sublease, but the standard rent is $650 and once May 2019 has passed and a new lease is signed for June 2019-May 2020 I will no longer cover a $75 portion.
