Perfect location situated in the center of San Francisco minutes from NOPA shops and restaurants to the south and all the amenities of Pacific Heights to the north. This location is a Walkers Paradise as daily errands do not require a car. Walk to coffee nearby at Apollos Coffee and get groceries at OPA or Bi-Rite, Trader Joes, and Whole Foods are also within walking distance for your convenience. Looking for a friendly (Female Roommate single occupancy only) no overnight friends. Someone who is easy-going, and respectful, considerate, keeps the common area CLEAN and organized. No late night cooking/cleaning/music, someone who has a stable job and proof of income. Basically, I like to keep the place quiet, clean and party-free. Rent is $2,000.00 per month plus a one-month security deposit. I have pretty much everything for the living room/kitchen. All utilities (internet/electric & gas, water) house keeper comes in twice a month that also included in the monthly rent. The rental agreement will be month to month with the possibility of extending to one year or longer if all goes well and we get along.
