Walking is the best way to enjoy Short North, and it's so close to everyone in the Short North/Convention Center area. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the centrally located downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. Breaking any house rule will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, or illegal substances are allowed on the property. If any smoking is discovered after check out, the guest will be liable for the cost of the next day reservation, and a $300 additional cleaning fee will be charged on top of the $300 house rules violation fee. No additional unregistered guests are allowed over unless under the reservation guest count. A $50 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night, and a $300 additional cleaning fee for excessive extra guests will be charged on top of the extra guests house rules violation fee. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. The original hardwood floors and staircases may not be suitable for children as it is not child-friendly.
