In walking distance from vegan coffee shop Jet Black. The room is roughly 11x11 with a decent sized closet and one painted accent wall. The backyard is adorable. Fully fenced in and private. There's a hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, and hammock. Also, area to garden if you're into that when the season comes. Rent is $800 Deposit is equal to rent. Shared utilities (internet included) Shared washer and dryer Shared hot tub. Single occupancy. No garage storage. No pets. No overnight guests more than 2 times a week (unless previously agreed upon). Quiet hours 10pm-7am. No smoking indoors
