The neighborhood is very safe, has large lots and big trees, and is easy access to 183, Jollyville, Duval, 360, and Mopac. It is near the Arboretum, and just about everything is within a few minutes. Your neighbors on the other side of the duplex include me and my roommate. We are *very quiet* people who are cool with everybody, and hope to find the same. I act as the property manager, so if you need anything, I'm next door. This place is a rare one where the landlady cares, the neighbors care, and we want folks living there who care. :) We want tenants who don't have to rent, but choose to rent and will stay awhile, making this their home.
