Unit is part of a duplex and situated in the back off the street, very private with a yard and 2 car off street parking. It has a medium size backyard. The rooms are large, 1 is 12x15' and the master bedroom, 18x12 has an 11x6 foot walk-in closet. Carpets cleaned and newly painted. Also has a single car garage. I am the property manager living in the house in the front. Owner lives in another state. I do not bother tenants and keep their space as private as possible. 1 Tenant stayed 10 years and the next 15 years that just moved to Oregon. Neighbor hood is excellent, very nice people with no trouble and there's a shopping center 3-4 blocks away called Roosevelt Shopping Center with Key Market, Shell gas station and a Rite Aid across the street. PG&E electric/gas and Redwood City utility bill for water, sewer and garbage is paid by tenant (due every other month). Looking for at least 1 year lease. Must be clean and neat and on time with the rent on the first which would be paid by check or money order. Need a tenant by February 1st.
