For added security, cameras are mounted around exterior of the home. Each room has independent locks. Leases range from 1, 6, or 12 months for flexibility ($700/mo. $675 for 6mo. $650 for 12mo.). Common areas include kitchen appliances and fully functional washer/dryer. Tenants will have full access to the home except for the attic, which is reserved for owner use. Please observe the following house rules to help keep the home clean, quiet, and enjoyable for everyone: Quiet hours are from 9:30 PM to 7:00 AM to respect other tenants and the neighborhood. No smoking or vaping indoors; smoking is allowed outside only. No parties or overnight guests. No pets are allowed. Driveway and street parking are available please do not block neighboring driveways. Basic furnishings, kitchen utensils, and cleaning supplies are provided please treat them with care. We kindly ask that tenants keep the space clean during their stay and report any damages or maintenance needs promptly. Ready to be moved into 06/14/25! House Rules, subject to change: 1. Respect for Housemates Respect each other's privacy, space, and property. Keep shared areas clean and tidy after use. No entering another person's room without explicit permission. 2. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 9:30 PM to 7:00 AM daily. During this time, please keep voices low, avoid loud phone calls, and lower TV/music volume. Headphones are encouraged at night. 3. Guests No overnight guests allowed. This is to ensure fairness with shared parking and protect everyone's sense of security. Day guests are permitted until 9:30 PM, but must be respectful to others and abide by house rules. 4. Shared Bathroom Use Three bedrooms share one bathroom please be courteous. Limit showers to 15 minutes if others are waiting. Clean up after each use this includes wiping counters, picking up hair, and disposing of trash properly. 5. Kitchen and Food Etiquette Label your food in the fridge and pantry. Do not take others' food or supplies without permission. Clean counters, stovetops, and dishes immediately after use. Dispose of food waste properly no food left out overnight. 6. Cleaning Responsibilities The house is furnished and stocked with basic cleaning supplies. A shared cleaning rotation will be implemented for common areas (bathroom, kitchen, living room). Each tenant will rotate weekly or bi-weekly. Alternatively, a shared cleaning service can be arranged and split among tenants (if all agree). Everyone is responsible for cleaning up after themselves immediately. 7. Laundry Laundry hours: 7:00 AM 10:00 PM. Don't leave clothes in the washer or dryer unattended. Be mindful of noise if doing laundry at night. 8. Smoking, Alcohol, and Drugs No smoking or vaping indoors this includes bedrooms and bathrooms. Smoking is allowed outside only dispose of butts properly. No illegal drugs or substances are allowed on the property. 9. Pets No pets allowed no exceptions. 10. Parking Driveway parking is prioritized for those who arrive first. Be courteous no blocking others. Street parking is available; follow city guidelines. Do not park in or block neighboring driveways. 11. Safety & Security Lock all doors and windows when leaving. Report any suspicious behavior to the landlord and, if necessary, local authorities. No firearms or weapons allowed in the home. 12. Furnishings and Supplies Basic furnishings, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products are provided. Please treat all items with care. Report damages or maintenance issues promptly. 13. Rule Violations Minor issues will result in a written warning. Serious or repeated violations including harassment, threats, theft, or illegal activity may lead to immediate eviction.
