Our charming little cottage near Downtown Ventura and the beach will be available on February 1, 2026. Our wonderful long-term tenant is relocating, and we're hoping to welcome a new tenant who will enjoy the home just as much. The home features one bedroom and one bathroom, a kitchen, and a spacious living and dining area. It's bright and airy, with plenty of windows in every room that bring in beautiful natural light. There is a detached garage accessible from the nearby alley, as well as both front and back yards perfect for gardening if that's something you enjoy. The kitchen comes equipped with a chef's gas stove and a refrigerator (for fee). There is a hookup for a washer and dryer (not included); tenants are welcome to bring their own. The dryer hookup is gas. Walk to the park, Downtown Ventura and the beach! Please contact us to request a tenant application.
