This is a lease take over with approval of Stonegate Apartments Office Manager. This large two-bedroom two-bath comes with an attached garage and exceptional views. The apartment has new amenities and a washer/dryer unit. We have enjoyed our time here but must move out of state. We would be willing to forgo the deposit and only charge the transfer fee set by the office. After the lease is up, the renter would be subject to the full deposit of $1800.00 originally paid. Our current lease would apply along with the current rental amount of $1998.00 this amount includes water, garbage, and sewage. The current rates are higher than this if applicants begin a new lease with Stonegate Apartments. We would also be willing to forgo any deposit and simply ask that the transfer fee of $800.00 be paid by the approved occupants. At the end of the lease, the new occupants would have the opportunity to renew or move out and collect the remaining deposit originally paid. ($1800.00)
