This Cabin is a real rustic cabin built many years ago as a Summer cabin getaway in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Located in historic Rawley Springs, it offers access to hiking, biking, fishing and walking trails all right out your front door. There are no steps leading up to this cabin (if you use the backdoor). Each of the bedrooms has room for a queen size bed and then there is the loft. The Cabin has two bedrooms and one bathroom (the bathroom is older, not updated. The second bedroom is very small, but it can fit a queen size bed. The loft has a very low ceiling that is best suited for kids or young adults (or adventurous younger adults). The wood stove in the living room puts out enough heat to heat the the entire house no matter how cold it may get outside. The cabin is on a private dead end road with 11 other cabins on it, but the area is almost always quiet and peaceful year round. Only half of the cabins on the road ever really get used though. Pets are welcome but we do require a pet fee, per pet, when pets stay at the cabin. On clear nights, you can see thousands of stars overhead. It is a beautiful sight. Also during the spring and summer months, you can see humming birds everywhere. Tenant pays utilities
