It is centrally located and within a mile of the hospital (walking distance), urgent care facility, Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot, Walgreens, A grocery store, etc. (the list could go on and on). This city is a extremely fast growing community even after the market has crashed and is expected to continue for quite sometime. We are located about half way between Phoenix and Tucson making it an ideal spot for those who work in either city.
