The rental space is on the second floor and has 3 large bedrooms which will all share a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are occupied. The third bedroom is available. The single unfurnished bedroom is $1000 to rent which includes the utilities water, trash, electricity, gas, and high-speed internet. The security deposit is $1000. Tenants will have access to a full kitchen with stainless steal appliances and laundry facilities. I am looking for a 1 year leasehold but I am flexible on the leasehold. The property is tucked away in the Summerlake neighborhood which is next to Mary Woodward Elementary School. The neighborhood is very safe and incredibly friendly. The house is a 5 min walk from the large Summerlake City Park, and it is near plenty of restaurants and amenities that are within a 5-15 min drive away, such as Costco, Washington Square, Progress Ridge Town Square, and the Conestoga Recreation and Aquatic Center. Please feel free to message me if you are interested. If you are interested in applying after you have viewed the room, I have a $35 application fee and will run a soft credit and background check. I also require proof of income and references. I am looking for someone clean, responsible, and respectful. I live downstairs with my partner, my baby, my nephew and 4 Shiba Inu dogs. We have our own kitchen and laundry facilities. We are a friendly couple who like meeting new people, playing board games and video games, watching anime, and going out dancing.
