My Roommate and I are/have moved out and need a replacement for 2 bedrooms, each $1050/mo., in our 3 bed/2 bath in Brentwood. We both finished graduate programs Spring 2021, and need to relocate for work. The rooms are unfurnished and spacious! Pictures of them furnished are included for size reference. The apartment is a short walk from Alfred’s, Jon & Vinny’s, Pizzana, etc. Bedroom 1 is available 12/30, Bedroom 2 is available NOW. $1,050/each. Both bedrooms (and new roommates) would share the larger and nicer bathroom; no on-site parking currently available, but there’s so much street parking in this neighborhood. The third, roommate is a fantastic guy. He travels a lot for work but is very kind and clean. The features: - CENTRAL A/C! - dishwasher in unit - shared laundry for building (7 units, so very small and it’s always available) - Huge communal areas, already furnished - New stainless fridge, replaced earlier this year! - Very cute patio (see pic) Some pictures are from before we furnished, but we can send pics of what communal spaces look like now if you’re interested. The living room has a great couch, projector connected to an Xbox with Youtube TV, additional chairs, and the dining room has a large table and chairs.
