From your newly built redwood deck with built in hot tub/spa you'll savor the magnificent view and serenity of the lake and all that nature has to offer. On a given day you'll see the two resident swans and their visitors: otters, blue harron, egrets, varieties of ducks, snow geese, osprey and under the lakes surface; large mouth black bass and crawdads waiting your baited hook accessible from your own row boat with convertible sun canopy, a pair of oars or electric trolling motor. The home is equipped with a wheel chair ramp from the street to the front door. Across the street are located visitors parking spaces, trash, recycling and green waste receptacles and residents's mailboxes. The carport has room for two vehicles parked end to end and a 9 x 11 ft storage shed at the end, complete with garden tools, hot tub vacuum and water test kit and associated chemicals, and a variety of other useful tools, paint etc., for maintenance work around the home. The home is being sold in "as is good condition," completely furnished (negotiable), tastefully decorated in nautical motif, all kitchen, bedroom and bathroom linens, big screen TV, small kitchen appliances, coffee maker, microwave oven, so on and so forth. Gas (propane) is metered and an account can be established at Kemgas, Fort Bragg. Electricity is provided by Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) with an office in Fort Bragg. Unlike many of the homes, this sets far enough back from the highway the noise can barely be heard.
