This is a THREE bedroom CONDO unit, I am renting one of the rooms for $1400 (shared bath) - OR - the MASTER bedroom with private bathroom and walk in closet for $1,800, both single occupancy, WITH assigned parking. I will NEVER ask for money down unless we have BOTH agreed to be roommates, which is after you have inspected the unit in person or virtually. We will share utilities equally among roommates even if we are out most of the time. Each room will be responsible for only 1/3 of the electric bill.
