Actually, this is YOUR dream homestead, however you want to build it! (BTW, this is no where near Wendover, Zillow only gave us that option). The Utah OSR Land Cooperative is a land co-op (among other types of co-ops), and is very similar to housing co-ops in Chicago and New York, except that we're doing the same with farm land. Your share in the co-op comes with exclusive use to 2 (or more) acres of farmland, and you can resell your share and the homestead you build at market value (though, we hope you'll want to stay forever!).
