The main level has engineered hardwood floors a spacious kitchen with dining space and a living room. There is lots of storage. Private master bathroom. 3 bedroom and 3 baths Really nice natural light. This master bedroom has an awesome attached master bathroom. There's a two car garage. Just a few minutes to the i25 to avoid traffic. This house is a short walk to Whataburger, In and Out Burger, Pikes Peak State College, D20 schools, bowling, movies, Victory Ridge shopping and dining. The hospital is just a few minutes drive away. Short bike ride to park 5 Minute drive to Air Force Academy. Amazing views of the Air Force fly over shows from the community. Trash service is paid for. HOA maintains exterior landscaping . This is a very private and well upkept community. Very low traffic on street. Short drive to mountain biking trails and hiking There are very strict rules. HOA management is very rigid when enforcing these rules. We are looking for a tenant that is a serious about keeping the HOA rules. The neighbors are nurses. So nurse applications are encouraged. No evictions or collections from previous landlords please. We will call your former landlord as a reference. All occupants over 18 must complete application. Must have excellent credit. No possession, consumption, manufacturing or cultivation of recreational marijuana or marijuana products-No smoking allowed inside the home or on the premises. Looking for drama free and very neat, clean and conscientious people that will not cause problems for the neighbors and HOA. We prefer a 1 year lease. The house should be ready to rent available by Nov 14 after cleaning and carpet wash. Family member will be showing property. Please email or phone J for questions. Small dogs under 20 lbs OK. Respect privacy by not walking on the property, not knocking on the door, not sitting in a car in front of the house. A drive by of the house is fine. A prospective tenant has the right to provide to the landlord a portable tenant screening report, as defined in section 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and If a prospective tenant provides the landlord with a portable tenant screening report, the landlord is prohibited from: Charging the prospective tenant a rental application fee; or Charging the prospective tenant a fee for the landlord to access or use the portable tenant screening report. Owner pays trash, tenant pays all other utilities.
