The tenant must vacate the property by the end of the lease term unless a renewal agreement is signed. Rent Payment First Month's Rent: If the tenant moves in mid-month, the rent for the first month will be prorated based on the number of days the tenant occupies the property. The prorated rent will be due on or before the move-in date.
