This is a lease takeover for a 2 bed 2 bath awesome apartment with great views, easy access to public transportation and highways. Beautiful and well maintained community. There are 2 dog parks inside the complex as well as great walking trails, grass areas for kids and a large playground, sand boxes, and a shared community garden, also has a covered picnic table and grill area for parties. This place has it all seriously! My lease is over in march 2018, still plenty of time left on it and can be extended. Tenant is responsible for water, electricity, sewage, garbage, that are not included in the initial monthly rent.
