Extra tenant(s) only slightly more, so check with me for pricing depending upon status & # of desired tenants. The unit available now for even less is merely glorified camping, but can be upgraded fairly promptly with your lease and your paid deposit. I have had the opportunity to comfortably and safely live AND DO LIVE in one such cabin myself. Running hot and cold water can be installed quickly at low cost. Electricity and water are extra; but weekly garbage pickup is INCLUDED. Parking available. Only 1 Unit is AVAILABLE with deposit and approval. I am renting basic cabin.
