Extra tenant(s) slightly more, so check with me for pricing depending upon status & # of desired tenants. Running hot and cold water are installed. Electricity is installed. Frig/freezer currently in unit, as well as an antique cast iron white clawfoot tub. Electricity and water are extra above basic rent; but weekly garbage pickup is INCLUDED. Parking available.
