Water: Good well on property Kitchen: Electric Stove only (no gas appliances). Refrigerator and modern dishwasher included. Laundry: Separate utility room with washer and dryer included. Sewer: Traditional septic tank (recently cleaned). This historic farmhouse has been in our family since the 1950s.
