This house is located in Laurens NY, which is near Cooperstown and Oneonta NY. It is very private, with no close neighbors, but only 10 min from major shopping. The house has a 16x30 composite deck with porch swing and gazebo. Pavilion w/ large smoker/grill underneath it. Covered porches that overlook pond. Custom built chicken coop w/ electricity, running water, and a large fully enclosed covered outdoor area. The garage/workshop is large enough to hold 6 vehicles. It also has a built in upright air compressor, and air outlets every 4-6 feet. The garage has LED lighting, there are outlets all over within reach. There are plenty of work benches as well as shelving. I am including a Dresser TD7 Bulldozer, Kobelco 903 Excavator, Bobcat 743 diesel skidsteer loader with a bucket as well as a set of forks, 60" zero turn mower. The complete home is 7000 sq feet. But if you would like something more formal for an office you can go down the stairs off the master bedroom and you will be in a large room which we have used as an office or it could be den, this room flows back into the living room.
