Additionally, there are three distinct developments/neighborhoods with different by-laws and most comps used for this property are from the other two which are adjacent. For the estimate on this home they are using for comparison homes in Queens acres with 1 bedroom and 1 bath. However, this home was recently professionally appraised at $287,000. Because I made a negative remark here (made after attempting to contact them about this) they refuse to change it.
