The room is available now for month to month with monthly rental is $1095 (utilities is covered). The future roommate will have private bathroom, shared bathroom with the another two roommate and the laundry (washer & dryer) access. The room is furnished with a full size bed and a mini fridge. Please note: it's for room and bath only. no kitchen access. Parking will be off street parking. This room is for one person to occupy. There is absolutely no drug, no smoke, no alcohol allowed in room/house. Occasionally overnight guest is allowed with $50 per night stay.
