We purchased this October 2008 and moved in January of 2009, at which time we started the major renovations. A window and open doorway connects the studio with the great room. From the front stoop, there is entry through a sliding glass door onto a slate tiled foyer directly into the large great room (14x15 + 12x14), a long room with picture window, and two sets of post and beam achieve openness. Upstairs there is a second full bath, and two bedrooms (15x10 & 12x10) with closet space. There is also upstairs another large third bedroom (16x19) with cathedral ceiling, and many windows, but no closet space. Riding lawn tractor (housed in pole building) and washer/dryer in the basement are included with property. The unfinished basement has much storage/work space, in addition to the laundry, and is accessible from the great room and from the exterior via a bulkhead.
