We have one bedroom and private bathroom in a single-family home available to rent for one occupant. The bedroom has a walk-in closet, and you will be provided with your own cabinet to store your food and other property. You are welcome to utilize the remainder of the home, including the laundry room, kitchen, two living room spaces, and a relaxing backyard. Ample street parking is available in our gated community, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Rental includes one bedroom and private bathroom. Bedroom is unfurnished. Renter may have access to the rest of the house including the kitchen and the washer and dryer in the laundry room. No pets, smoking, illegal drug use, or weapons. Homeowner has two cats. The home is in a gated community and there is ample street parking nearby. Rent does not include utilities. Renter will be responsible for 1/3 of monthly utilities. The first month's rent is due at the time of move-in. Rent is due on the first day of each month. This rental agreement is for ONE INDIVIDUAL only (yourself). No overnight guests, long-term guests, or additions to the household are allowed. Renter must provide proof of renter's insurance prior to move-in. Renter is responsible for the cost of a one-time background check, due at the time of move-in. Checks may include credit score, criminal history, rental history, and others.
