It was originally built as a weekend retreat. In the 50's, this was a long ways from LA. The house was inherited by the woman that lived across the street who was a artist. She's used it for her art storage for 20 years. The house is small but very comfortable. It has a large outdoor living space. We used to have two horses on the property, we still have two 20 by 10 stalls. The house is not specifically zone for equestrian but I had no issue having my horses here for 10 years. The property consists of two fenced in 4400 sq. ft. Lots. The kitchen was updated with new cabinets and granite counter tops.
