This is a new ADU. It is a permitted private unit and is self contained. I am looking for 2,3,4-6 months. Long short term. Unit has it's own private patio and has room to store a surf board, bike and some storage. Kitchen has a 2 burner electric cook top, toaster oven, microwave, large compact refrigerator and a large stainless steel sink. Bathroom has a nice size shower. Kitchen is supplied with dishes, pots and pans. Bed is a Queen size. Very comfortable and bright and full of sun in the morning. Great community at Lake San Marcos, lots of golf, entertainment, restaurant directly on the water, close to a number of grocery stores. Close to freeway access. I have two dogs. I don't allow smoking of any kind. I will evaluate water bill and energy bill after first month. Water is expensive in CA. Room has a fan and AC which is with a damper system. You can control your heating and cooling. I have the studio designed to offer privacy. I want to offer the tenant complete privacy while I'm hoping the same for myself. I work from home often. I'm in and out of the house. My dogs are run first thing in the morning everyday and use to me being away. I always answer my phone and I do text.
