The tenant is responsible for: lawn maintenance (lawn mowing) complying with the City of Akron lawn mowing regulations and ordinances. Any fines-imposed by the City of Akron or Summit County will be paid by the tenant. In the case of an outstanding/unpaid fine, the landlord will assume that the tenant is in default. As such, the landlord will request the tenant to either payoff the outstanding fine immediately or Vacate the premises in the next 15 days. rake leaves in the fall. All the leaves should be placed in bags for pick up. The tenant is encouraged to follow the City of Akron fall leaves pickup dates and procedures.
