The kitchen is well supplied and has designated spaces for your items separate from the roommates. Lease duration can be flexed as needs change, but start as yearly. No smoking. Street parking only (It is usually easy to find a spot). *No pets. (*Exceptions can be made for small pets. Let me know if you have concerns.) If you unfortunately damage property, you will be expected to reimburse the cost. Please provide at least 30 day notice in the unfortunate event that you terminate your lease early.
