All furnishings, wifi, stereo, and utilities included. NO PETS. OWNER pays for gas, electric, wifi, water and sewer utilities- not to exceed $350 per month for gas/electric. Renter responsible for shoveling snow and trash removal. Credit check and background check. Rental reference required and $150 cleaning fee. Move in requirements are: Approved credit and background check, 1st and last months rent due at signing, plus one month's rent for a Security deposit. 30 day's notice required for terminating lease. 3-month lease with month to month thereafter. No parties, no smoking, no marijuana, no pets on property. Month to month rent. Rent paid by the 31st of each month. Parking on street.
