This is a shared living space with a private fully furnished room with queen sized bed and on suite bathroom and large closet. All exterior doors require key fob access. It also includes gym and pool access with several common areas and activities. Safe and secure, within 1 mile of the Fire and Police Dept. and we have food trucks come about once a week. I have 2 dogs and currently have my daughters 2 cats, so must be pet friendly and no smoking of any kind. We are about 10 mins from downtown Burlington, Mebane and Graham and Elon University. Also, about 25 or so mins from Durham and 35 from Greensboro. and located near the highway. No smoking, no animals, as I am at my limit. Parking is first come.
