The apartment is located in the south of Felton, close (6 miles, about 15 minutes) to Santa Cruz, and 45 minutes to Cupertino (my commute), in a quiet neighborhood, with access to a private beach at the San Lorenzo River. It is a sunny lot, close to the Henry Cowell State Park Redwood Loop, which is next to Roaring Camp. About us: we are in our 50s. Monika works at De Anza College in Cupertino. Steve is a hardwood floor contractor, and artist. We enjoy and respect privacy and look for someone with similar habits (working, healthy lifestyle, enjoying nature). We are quiet, respectful. 1600/month rent. Tenant pays for utilities. $2000 security deposit. Month to month. No pets. Utilities included in rent price. Month to month. One person only.
