Our cabin is fully furnished and utilities are included (electricity, water, lawn maintenance, pest control, internet) Roads are open to access our property as well as several restaurants near by. Only a 15 min drive into the town of Lake Lure. In our cabin you'll have stunning views of the NC mountains & Lake Lure. Make yourself at home in our spacious 4-bedroom and 3 full bathroom cabin that sleeps 8 people! Relax on one of our 3 decks or hang out in our HUGE game room with pool table, foosball, dart, indoor basketball and corn hole! What we have to offer: KITCHEN: Stocked with pots, pans, baking sheets, utensils, etc. Everything you need to make a basic meal at home is provided. LIVING ROOM: TV for streaming & views of the mountains outside the windows. Also features a dedicated work space with high speed wifi and electric fireplace. PRIMARY BEDROOM: Located on the main level, featuring a king-sized bed & large en suite bathroom. SECONDARY BEDROOM: Located on the main level, features a queen-sized bed & en suite bathroom. LAUNDRY: Washer and dryer are located on the main level MAIN LEVEL PORCH: Huge porch with many seating areas, mountain views, a gas fire pit and Blackstone grill. GAME ROOM: Downstairs in a huge space. Features a pool table, foosball table, indoor 2-player basketball, multiple seating areas & a large TV. DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM: Large room with king-sized bed. Connects to kids' room. DOWNSTAIRS KIDS' ROOM: Features 2 twin-sized beds & lots of toys & books. We also have a pack n play, a highchair, a booster seat, a kids toilet seat as well as a step stool and crib sheets. DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM: Serves both bedrooms downstairs. DOWNSTAIRS DECK: A small seating area + cornhole. LOCATION: The cabin is located on 1 acre surrounded by nature, hills and breathtaking views that will follow you everywhere around the house. No smoking in the house. We welcome a max of 2 dogs (deposit of $150 per dog). No other pets. Max of 6 adults. Kids room is only for kids. Part of the driveway is steep (but still accessible for all car types) and we also have hills around the cabin that are not fully fenced in. We are part of the Riverbend community but not inside the gates. Other amenities: Integrated 15KW Generator capable of powering the entire house, automatically switches on in the event of power loss. Owner pays for water, electricity, internet, lawn care, pest control. No smoking on the property. Maximum of two dogs. No other pets. $150 non refundable pet deposit. Security deposit of $3000, non refundable pet deposit and 1st month rent due before move in date. Max 6-month lease Bi-weekly cleaning included.
