All utilities, internet, water, sewage, gas, etc .. will be responsible on the tenants. Small dogs are allowed ( under 30 lbs ). With $400 non refundable. Any damages grater than $400 will be responsible on the tenants. Spaces are good up to 4 people; good credit, income and clean background will be required. Owner asking for 2 years contract but willing to take 1 year contract agreement. Rental will not be held anything without security deposit and 1st month rent. Applications are non refundable.
