Tenant is responsible for electricity and internet (internet must be cell phone based, see below*). The apartment is unfurnished. There are no laundry facilities. No dogs. Cats and other pets are negotiable. *This is considered a rural address and as such there is no hardline internet/cable tv. I pay for water, sewage & trash. Tenant pays for electricity (heat/AC/etc) which ranges from about $50 to $125 depending on the time of year. Tenant pays for internet. There is no hardline internet - internet will have to be cell phone based (mobile hotspot through verizon, at&t, t mobile etc). There is no laundry machine. No dogs.
