There is no smoking inside the house of any kind. Only ONE small house trained dog (under 20 lbs) allowed - no cats. Renter must take care of yard to the city specifications. There is a separate non-refundable $200.00 pet deposit and $10.00/month pet fee. There is a $50.00 application fee for each occupant over 18 years old for background check. No more than 8 occupants total (including children). Anyone not on the lease and spending more than 3 nights must pay an extra rental cost of $500.00 per month.
