The Room: Private bedroom Private bathroom Closet space Rent: $1300/month Utilities: typically up to ~$150/month Household Perks: Close to 44, 49 and 14 Bus and Glen Park BART Station Washer and dryer onsite Garage, driveway and plenty of street parking Monthly professional house cleaner (cost split evenly among all roommates) Shared common spaces maintained with care and mutual respect About the Household: You'll be living with four roommates who balance school and work: Roommate 1 (23): Attends San Francisco State and works as a cafe manager Roommate 2 (21): Barista at a cafe and also a student at San Francisco State Roommates 3 & 4 (24): A couple, living downstairs; both are working professionals and students at San Francisco State Vibe: We're all friends and keep a pretty social, welcoming environment. It's a friendly and sometimes lively household we spend a good amount of time in shared spaces, chatting, hanging out, and doing our own thing together. It can get a bit loud at times, especially with different schedules and occasional late nights, so it's definitely not a super quiet home. Ideally, we'd love someone who might also be open to becoming part of the household dynamic, but it's totally okay if you prefer to keep to yourself. Ideal Roommate: Someone who is comfortable with a social and occasionally noisy environment, people talking, hanging out in common areas, and sometimes being up later. We appreciate cleanliness and shared responsibility, but we're not overly strict ,we just ask that everyone helps maintain common spaces and contributes to the monthly house cleaner.
