Five bedrooms upstairs, hardwood floors ever room except basement and third, huge third floor with skylight and brand new carpet, extensive landscaping, fireplace. Upstairs laundry is new. We have done a tremendous amount of upgrades (electrical, boiler, 2/3 of interior newly painted, part of roof fixed, storage room built, downstairs utility tub, carpeting third floor and basement, upstairs bathroom refinished, etc.) since we bought late 2017, but there are a few things that still could be done (specifically, soffit, kitchen counter, main stair and upstairs hallway needs wallpaper) that we have just not gotten to yet, and would be best if done before moving in, but not at all things that would prohibit moving right in. The house is extremely unusual and unique, a true classic Kalamazoo College neighborhood house. Also, house overall in extremely good condition. No central air but we have 7 window air conditioners that do an amazing job, very cool in summer. Extremely warm house in winter with the boiler.
