Wood floors, Russian masonry fireplace/stove, soapstone sink, too many handmade details to mention. 5 blocks from Commons, yet tucked into a wooded hillside on a quiet street with no close neighbors. A few areas are taken up by my belongings and my many books are still on the shelves (you're free to read them!), but other than that you will have the whole house to yourself. You will have 1 large BR with queen bed, 1 full bath, large kitchen, inglenook, dining room with long wood slab table. Two outdoor balconies overlooking the city, one with breakfast table for two. Some wall finishing and other details yet to be done as can be seen in photos, but it is a fully functional living space. 6 month lease but I can be somewhat flexible on length of lease and starting/ending dates. Fully furnished in most respects, kitchen has induction range but no full oven (toaster oven only.) Looking for a responsible and trustworthy person. Internet and all utilities included. Thanks! Cats or a small dog may be ok but we'd have to talk. Prefer non-smoker. House has one off street parking space which would be yours. You are responsible for snow shoveling.
