We have 1 furnished bedroom available for rent in our 5 bedroom house. It has a bed and a desk. You will share a bathroom with 1 other person. There is a big kitchen, living room, and dining room that is all shared. I personally had all the bedrooms, bathrooms and complete kitchen renovated and rebuilt about 2 years ago. The kitchen is all new appliances with granite countertop island and new cabinets, large living room, dining room common area with large screen tv for the house tenants to relax. House has a new strong AC and is kept cool yr round. Large deck/pool and plenty of parking to include 2 large covered carports. The house is located approx 6-7 min to the Enterprise gate and Shell airfield and about 12 mins to Cairns airfield Rate includes utilities and internet. There is a $650 deposit. We prefer a minimum 1 year lease.
