Built in 1901, this home maintains the warmth of the Turn of the Century. It is a home that "hugs" when you walk through the door. Bathrooms and kitchen have upgrades to make your stay more pleasant. AC has been added this winter to make my guests more comfortable when the temperatures rise in July and August. My home sits on 1/3 of an acre which is unusual for Boulder. I have a nice deck and patio with a gas grill for entertaining. If you come with a pet, they will LOVE the yard. You can bus, bike or walk to downtown or to the base of the mountains with ease. A recreation center is just two blocks away with a pool, pickleball and tennis courts. I advertise on multiple platforms, so you will need to email or call for available dates. My master bedroom on the first floor is typically locked off from my guests. You will have 3 bedrooms upstairs: Queen, Full and a Single. City of Boulder does not allow for more than 29 days on this property. A monthly rate is all that Zillow gives as a selection. Ideally, I would like to rent for 4-7 days at a time. I am on multiple platforms, so you will need to contact me directly for available dates. It is already reserved for graduation and July 4th Weekend. Daily rates are from $495-$695 per night. A monthly rent is not available per City of Boulder. No smoking on property. Most of July and August are open.
