Additional Bonuses can be made each month. Most of the management tasks and responsibilities are conducted through text, phone and email. Primary responsibility is to keep properties in an orderly fashion. On average management duties will take up 30 minutes to an hour of your day. Experience in property management or Maintenance is a plus and being Bilingual (Spanish) is a huge plus.
