I'm currently looking for a tenant to move into the back room with dimensions of 14.9x9sqft with a nice big window looking out on the backyard. Very Spacious. This room will include a shared bathroom with 1 other tenant. There are two current tenants who respect each other, their space, and keep the indoor and outdoor premises clean. There will only be 3 people living in the home with the exception that I occasionally come back for ski trips which I will stay in the 4th bedroom. I'm a 32 year old nurse who respects everyone's space. The room will not be furnished but the rest of the house will be. The house is 4 bedrooms, a big backyard with a work shed, and parking in the driveway or on the street. There is also storage in the attic above the garage for boxes. The house is right down the street from legends mall and the marina with tons of fun stuff to do nearby. Hot August nights and the rib cook off are right down the street. The house is in a very safe Neighborhood. Looking for a responsible adult. The other roommates are quiet, nice, and will make it feel like home for you. The kitchen is newly renovated, and living room is spacious with large mounted TV over a lovely fireplace. Renters insurance must be provided. Security deposit will be amount of rent.
