I use this as a rental but it is being used as a live in office for a landscaping company. The property is for sale for $330,000. Tee Tee Drive is a private road. Walmart also bought this property (and others) to build a Super- Sams Club, but the 2008 recession killed it. I have also had offers from cell tower companies but don't want to tie it up for a future owner. The garage is used a a very large workshop.
