Private room available in our 3 bedroom/2bathroom apartment. We are two women (easy going and fun, mid 30s and early 40s) who have lived in the apartment for 5 years and sadly our roommate is moving out of LA. We'd love to stay in the apartment and are therefore looking for someone to fill the open room. The apartment is two floors (your bedroom would be on the second floor), you would share the upstairs bathroom with one person (who is clean and very considerate of the shared space), there is a washer/dryer in the unit, AC, your bedroom has direct access to a very large shared patio, and there is an additional patio on the first floor. The building is in a great location, five minutes from downtown Culver City and Mar Vista, and also two blocks away from the Culver Bike Path.
