Housing USC students One bedrooms (for one or two USC tenants) are $1585 - or $1605 w/ private balcony. All apartments are for move in shortly after they become available throughout the summer. You would need to sign a 12 month lease and after that it adjusts to a month to month lease. Note: The landlord will not to be furnishing the apartments. You will see furniture in the pictures below, but we will be taking the furniture out, leaving a clean empty apartment for you to move into. The one bedrooms come with full size kitchen and refrigerator, stove, hallway with storage, and a full bathroom with vanity mirror and side vanity mirror. Also, water and trash are paid by the landlord and the tenant, you, would pay the gas and electric. The apartments have air conditioning and all have heaters as well. The buildings also have a pool, BBQ, laundry facility, parking, tram stop to school, and just one block away from campus on the north (good) side of USC!! An excellent location at a price better than most with newly white painted apartments and new or professionally cleaned carpet. If you would like to be considered for an apartment, please find attached the application to be filled out thoroughly (one for each tenant), sign at the bottom, and email back to me with a copy of your USC Id's and drivers licenses/passports. (Note: It is important to fill out ALL SECTIONS/BOXES for the building owner to approve your application. If a question does not apply to you, please put not applicable - N/A) I'll have the building owner check the application(s) and get back with you about getting you an apartment.
