WI-FI and Cable are Free. This unit has ONLY ONE assigned parking spot. There is a common waterfront beach picnic and grilling area with tables, chairs, and loungers. It's the perfect location with a Peaceful, Laid-back Vibe! Now taking applications for the following time-frames: September 16 -October 17 (Minimum 1 Month lease required) $99 per night, plus 12% taxes, 3% service fee, and $150 cleaning fee; October 26 -November 25 (1 Month lease required) $99 per night, plus 12% taxes, 3% service fee, and $150 cleaning fee; November 27 -February 28 (3 Month lease required) $119 per night plus 12% taxes, 3% service fee, and $150 cleaning fee.
